Exceptionally comfortable beds and a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a work desk. Location right by the Maximillian restaurant and the Mosel valley.

The whole experience was really enjoyable from start to finish, can't recommend it highly enough. I had a good sized room in this clean hotel. The setting of property was comfy and ideal, in the restaurant which is run as a separate entity apparently...

A tastefully updated hotel
I stayed at a tastefully updated hotel in Bernkastel-Kues and was impressed with the spacious, clean, and modern rooms. The check-in process was quick and easy. I appreciated the complimentary bottled water in my room. Although the restaurant and bar were closed on Sundays, there were plenty of other dining options within walking distance. On my last night, I dined in the hotel's restaurant and enjoyed a delicious meal with excellent service. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bernkastel-Kues.

Convenient Location and Good Breakfast
During my Easter stay, the hotel was conveniently located near various shops and restaurants. The hotel also had a good breakfast selection, including cereals, yoghurts, meats, cheeses. On top of that, the room had a comfortable bed, which provided me with a satisfying sleep.
The room was quite dusty, and there were spiderwebs in various corners of the room. The hallway also had a musty smell.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the city center. It is conveniently situated on the other side of a bridge, ensuring a quiet and undisturbed stay. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and have a modern and stylish design. The en-suite bathrooms are also spacious and feature excellent showers. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast that provides everything you could ask for to start your day off right.
All was great, no improvements needed.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay at this charming hotel. The breakfast was superb with a great variety of meats and cheeses, and the rooms were clean and tidy with a lovely touch of Christmas decorations. Location was perfect with easy walking access to shops and the river. We especially enjoyed the private parking as parking can be tricky in this town.
Although the staff were friendly, their English was limited, which made it slightly difficult to communicate our needs. Also, the restaurant was separate from the hotel, which we were not aware of initially, and there were no signs to indicate this. It would have been better if this information had been communicated to us upon check-in.

I absolutely loved the charming ambiance of this family-run hotel. The decor was tastefully updated, with modern furnishings that still maintained the historic charm of the building. The general areas, such as the bar and dining room, were comfortable and inviting. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. Despite it being an old vintners house, the staff went out of their way to assist me during my stay, making sure I had everything I needed and even helping out with the stairs.
The only suggestion I would make for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more available to answer questions in multiple languages.
